Sims Executive Search does extensive screening so you don’t have to. We verify initial candidates and assure they meet your requirements in critical areas such as:

- proven success and the ability to reference accomplishments via supervisors/peers/customers
- geographical and travel considerations
- non-compete issues
- other factors which may be deemed necessary depending on the specific job description
Research
Sims Executive Search provides appropriate information to candidates and prepares them via research to determine interest level in the opportunity.
- Candidates who are both qualified and possess a strong interest in the open position are asked to prepare a bio for Sims Executive Search.
- Resumes and bio are presented to the client company.
Interview, Selection, & Offer
Sims Executive Search begins the interview process. Initial interviews are conducted to surface the top candidates. We coordinate and schedule all interviews.

- We provide the client company’s feedback to candidates.
- We also manage the offer stage of the hiring process and assist in determining a mutually agreed upon start date.
